Work Day on Project Deliverables
Participants should dedicate this day to working on project deliverables according to the specific guidelines provided by the competition.

 

Submission Instructions
Follow the detailed submission guidelines provided by each competition sponsor. These guidelines specify:

1. What deliverables need to be submitted.

2. How to format and submit them.

Be sure to review and adhere to these instructions to ensure your deliverables meet the required standards.

 

Deliverable Deadlines for the Fall 2025 Competition

The final submission deadlines for each deliverable are listed below. Please note that all times are in Eastern Time Zone (ET).

    *Note: No deliverables are due on Nov. 7 for the Alternate Leadership Competition (formerly referred to as Shadow

                   Note: These times are all posted in the Eastern Time Zone. 

              3:00 to 6:00 pm Pick-up Student and Faculty Registration packet (name badges, etc.)                                 5:00 to 7:00 pm Career Fair
                                    7:00 to 8:00 pm Welcome Reception and Raffle

Nov 11 | Location: Greenville, SC at event hotel

                 Note: These times are all posted in the Eastern Time Zone. 

             7:00 am to 2:30 pm Student Team presentations (final time slots set by sponsors)                                                       AR/VR Experience for students  
             11:30am- 1:30pm ASC Region 2 Faculty Lunch and Meeting

                                 3:00 to 4:30 pm Sponsor Receptions w/ Debrief Session
                                     5:00 to 6:00 pm Awards Ceremony (no food served)
