Registration & Payment

Step 1: Register.
All competition teams, alternate students (formly referred to as shadows), and faculty/coaches must register for the Fall 2024 Competitions. The deadline for registration is October 18.

​Read all instructions carefully to make sure you are registered correctly!

Student Team and Coach Form- linked removed (registration is now closed)
Use the link above to register students and the faculty coach for one team.
Once you access the registration form, there is a place to select one of the following competitions: Commercial, Design-Build, Heavy Civil, Concrete, Preconstruction, Graduate.

If you have more than one team to register, please visit this link and complete a form separately for each team being registered.

Alternate Leadership Competition Form- linked removed (registration is now closed)
Use the link above to register students for the Alternate Leadership Competition (formerly referred to as the Shadow Competition).

Faculty (Non-Coach) Attendee Form- linked removed (registration is now closed)
Use the link above to access the Faculty Attendee Form. This form is for any faculty or any other university staff representative attending but not servingt as the team coach.

Step 2: Pay.
Payment for registration must be received by October 18. ​
​
2024 Registration Fee Schedule:
$150 per student competition team
$25 per alternate (formerly referred to as shadow)
$100 per faculty / coach (or any other attending university representative)
​
Note: $250 total is to register one $150 student competition team + $100 for the team's faculty coach.
​
Refer to the fee schedule above for costs associated with any additional faculty/staff attending (not coaching) and/or students participating in the Alternate Leadership Competition.

Instructions for Making Online Payment:
​
Type in the name of your University and School/Department.
​
Select Region 2 from the dropdown options.
Invoice Number or Reason for Payment box: Type in all applicable teams (such as Concrete, Heavy Civil, etc.)
Amount to Pay box: add all the costs per the fee schedule above and enter the total.
